The Onium Ballet Project brings together some of the finest ballet dancers in Hawaii to present new works based on classical ballet technique combined with contemporary movement. The group is led by Artistic Director Minou Lallemand and has been performing in Hawaii since 2004. In addition to it’s own performances, Onium Ballet Project has danced with the Hawaii Symphony and Hawaii Opera Theatre. It also has a unique collaboration with Chamber Music Hawaii that has presented 10 original ballets to existing and obscure chamber ballet scores.
